Our housing contracts are installment contracts meaning there is a base housing contract amount for the entire term that is then broken down into 12 equal installments. Our housing contracts follow the academic year, beginning in August at the start of the school year and ending in July.

All of our units are fully furnished with a designer furniture package. We cannot remove furniture from the units.
Each monthly installment payment includes a 55-inch Smart TV, access to high-speed Internet, water, sewer, trash, pest control, and access to our on-site amenities, such as our fitness center, resort-style pool, and luxurious clubhouse. Electricity is not included.
Yes, on-site is parking is available at our community. We also offer free guest parking.
